Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order of transfer dated 30.06.2023.

As is apparent from the perusal of the averments made in para 3 of the petition, the petitioner was to retire on 30.04.2024 and thus, challenged the order for it to be in contravention to the general instructions of transfer dated 23.04.2018.

This order came to be stayed by this Court on 05.07.2023 and by now, the petitioner must have retired and as such, nothing survives in the present petition and disposed of as such.
