In view of the grounds taken in the application (CM-14264CWP-2018) and the relief being claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition, it would be in the interest of justice that the same be disposed of today itself because relief claimed by the petitioner is to the extent of decision of representation dated 17.02.2018 (Annexure P2), which is pending since long.

In view of above, the matter is being taken up for hearing today on the Board of this Court. Present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to look into and decide representation dated 17.02.2018 (Annexure P2) on the adjourned date i.e. 19.11.2018 and if, for any reason, the said representation is not disposed of on the date fixed, the same be decided expeditiously and even by giving short date within a period of two months.
