(ORAL) After arguing for some time, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition in view of the instructions received by the learned counsel appearing for U.T. that the petitioner has solemnized marriage with one Kuldeep Singh; both the petitioner and the said Kuldeep Singh are on the run, and when the police party, subsequent to the receipt of the advance notice, went to the address mentioned in the petition, the petitioner was not found therein.
