H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of order dated 9.7.2019 passed by this Court.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Virender Singh, concedes this fact contending that since the petitioner has joined the investigation, his custodial interrogation is not required in this case. Furthermore challan has been filed in the Court. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 9.7.2019, is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
