Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 17.10.2016 (P-5) passed by Regional Secretary, CBSE-respondent no.2, whereby the claim of petitioner for correction of date of birth in Secondary School Certificate has been declined. Further prayer is to direct the respondents to correct the date of birth of petitioner from 24.11.1993 to 24.11.1994.

Notice of motion was issued and the case is now listed for hearing on 13.12.2018.

In the meanwhile CM 11270/2018 has been filed seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

The application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner. Notice of the application to counsel for respondents. Mr.Aseem Aggarwal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He has neither objection to preponement of date of hearing nor to the withdrawal of the writ petition.
