Ram Naresh And Another v. Union Of India And Others
IN THE PUNJAB AND HARYANA HIGH COURT
AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.20952 of 2013 Date of Decision:20.04.2015 Ram Naresh and another ... Petitioners
Versus
Union of India and others ... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK SIBAL
Present:
Mr. Aman Priye Jain, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Vipin Mahajan, Advocate for the respondents. DEEPAK SIBAL, J. ( Oral ) It is the undisputed position that against the impugned punishment orders, both the petitioners have filed statutory appeals which are pending before respondent No.1.
That being so, the present writ petition is premature but while disposing of the same, I direct respondent No.1 to take a final decision on the statutory appeals filed by the petitioners by passing speaking and well reasoned orders after granting them opportunity of being heard within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Needless to add that in case adverse orders are passed against the petitioners, they may not only challenge the same in accordance with law but also take up all other issues so taken in the present petition.
