The respondent-plaintiff is willing to purchase the property at Collector rate, which is accepted by the appellantdefendant. Statements of both parties are recorded and the same be formed as part of the record.

In view of statements made by parties, judgments and decrees of the Courts below are modified and the appeal is disposed of, in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
