(Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 09.07.2014 (P-10) passed by Principal Secretary, Cooperation, Haryana and order dated 21.08.2014 issued by Board of Administrator.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 on instruction has informed the Court that since the petitioner has resigned and dues have been paid to him, the present petition has become rendered infructuous. The resignation letter of the petitioner is taken on record as Annexure A-1.
