Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment of disability pension.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 has submitted that all the dues have been since paid to the petitioner. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in case petitioner still feels aggrieved, he would be at liberty to approach the respondents by way of representation.
