(ORAL) The contempt petition was filed for non-compliance of the order dated 16.07.2020 vide which a direction was issued to Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Development & Panchayats, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, to decide his appeal. Status report has been filed. As per the Status report, the appeal has been decided.
In view of the same, the contempt petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
