Mr.Sandeep Siwatch, Advocate for the petitioners. *** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) This petition is filed for seeking direction to respondents no.2 and 3 not to construct Fire Brigade Station in the land of the Panjaba as the land was reserved during Consolidation and its nature cannot be changed. The petitioners are basically asking for an injunction. In our considered opinion, for the said relief, the petitioners should approach the Civil Court.

Counsel for the petitioners, faced with this observation, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail his remedy in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
