 Mr. G.S. Kaura, Advocate for respondent No.2. **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) CRM-14758-2024 This application has been filed by the petitioners for recalling the order dated 21.03.2024 passed by this Court whereby, the main petition had been dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that they have no objection if this application is allowed.

Even otherwise this application has been filed within a reasonable time of dismissal of the petition. Hence, the same stands allowed and the main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number and the same is taken on Board today itself.

Main case Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the revision petition with liberty to take all the pleas available to him before the trial Court. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
