JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioners, who are aspirants for selection and appointment on the posts of Surveyors in the Department of Soil and Water Conservation, Punjab, advertised by respondent No.3 vide Advertisement No.6 dated 29.12.2015, have filed this petition seeking a writ of Certiorari for quashing the selection list dated 28.12.2016 (P.5); with further directions to the respondents to prepare the list afresh thereby converting the vacant posts of those reserved categories where the candidates are not available, into open category and considering them being fully eligible. At the time of hearing, realizing that the present writ petition is lacking in material particulars and bereft of necessary details, prays for leave of this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for.
