HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State submits that in compliance of order dated 27.09.2019 passed by this Court in CWP No.27942 of 2019, a speaking order dated 10.02.2021 has been passed by the Competent Authority, a copy of which has been circulated on e-mail.

In view thereof, present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that it would be open for the petitioner to assail the speaking order, if so aggrieved.
