(ORAL) The prayer in the writ petition for expeditious disposal of ROR No.318 of 2016 on the premise that the aforementioned petition has not been taken up for hearing, much less, no notice has been issued to the other party. The petitioners are affected owing to the impugned order. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and appraised the paper book. Keeping in view the fact that prayer sought is most innocuous, I direct respondent No.1 to decide the aforementioned revision petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months.

Regarding prayer of interim stay of impugned order, liberty is granted to the petitioners to make mention for stay before the Financial Commissioner in case any separate application is moved for stay or there is already an application accompanied seeking stay with the pending revision petition. If any such application is moved/pending, the Financial Commissioner shall consider the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and decide the main revision within a period of six months as mentioned above.
