(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the Gram Panchayat of village Sulkhani, Tehsil Shahabad, District Kurukshetra or the other authorities are neither repairing/constructing the phirni of the village nor the encroachments made thereupon are being removed. The petitioner himself is a resident of the said village and is said to have made repeated representations including dated 06.05.2011, 19.05.2012 and 14.03.2012 (P-6, P-7 & P-8, respectively) followed by a legal notice dated 16.12.2013 (P-10). As no effective steps have been taken by the authorities to remove the encroachments or to repair/reconstruct the phirni, that the instant writ petition has been filed. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought, however, without expressing any views on merits of the allegations, we dispose MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.09.02 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
