The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of LL-1 checking report dated 13.05.2022. He is also seeking setting aside of notice dated 17.05.2022 whereby respondent has raised demand of electricity charges of Rs.1,97,687/- as well as compounding charges of Rs.35,000/-. He is also seeking setting aside of demand order dated 06.02.2026 as well as seeking restoration of electricity connection.
