In view of consensual stand of the parties, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition and consequently in view of the law laid down, the land belonging to Jumla Mushtarkha Malkan, would be amenable to an alternate remedy other than under the Punjab Village Common Land (Regulation) Act, 1961.
