Petitioner, who is allegedly working on daily wage basis at Civil Hospital,Sunam is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide her legal notice dated 5.1.2018 with regard of release of dues payable to her since January 2014 till date . At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
