Main Case This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as "Raj Verma vs. Parveen Verma" pending in the Family Court, Hoshiarpur, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rupnagar. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has the instructions to make a statement that the respondent intends to withdraw the petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Raj Verma vs. Parveen Verma) pending before the Family Court, Hoshiarpur.
