ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct further investigation in FIR No.154 dated 01.08.2019 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 376(D), 506 IPC and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Women Police Station Mewat, District Nuh. As per Para 2 of the petition, the FIR has been registered on the statement of one Rashida, who is wife of the petitioner - Hakam against the petitioner's elder brother's son-in-law and his brother. The allegations in the FIR are that both of them committed rape with her minor daughter.

Since the petitioner is not accused, he has no locus standi to ask for further investigation as the accused persons have not approached the Court either for applying anticipatory or regular bail. Dismissed.
