(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh submits that in compliance of the advance copy and representation received by the authorities, the petitioners were approached through the mobile number given and had made a statement that there is no threat perception to them at this stage.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to approach the authorities if so required at any subsequent proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
