There is no threat perception in the present petition lest any cogent or evidential proof qua even informing the parents regarding the marriage between the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact a friend of theirs' had informed the parents who had expressed their disagreement. Every disagreement by parents qua relationship of the children cannot be taken as a threat perception and hence, I do not find any merit in the present petition and the same stands dismissed, at this stage.
