(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dated 06.05.2022 registered under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506 IPC at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar Rural. On instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.08.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 01.08.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
