Learned counsel submits that the pay of the petitioner, who is an aged person and relieved on 03.04.2025 as Security Officer from the University, has not been refixed in terms of the instructions dated 01.05.2017 and condition No.1 of the appointment letter dated 31.01.2020, Annexure P-3 as also in view of Government letter dated 15.02.2024, Annexure P-4, by deducting the pension from the last pay drawn, with regard to which, numerous representations dated 17.04.2020, 01.09.2020, 28.06.2024 and 24.02.2025, Annexures P-5 to P-8 respectively, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations dated 17.04.2020, 01.09.2020, 28.06.2024 MOHIT 2025.05.23 10:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-14797-2025 (O&M) -2and 24.02.2025, keeping in view the aforesaid facts, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
