Mr. Sahil R. Bakshi, A.A.G., Punjab.
*** KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) 1.
There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing, i.e., 28.10.2025, which resulted in this Court adjourning the matter and directing the Registry to inform the petitioner's counsel about today's date of hearing. As per the office report, learned counsel for the petitioner was informed via e-mail, however, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.
From a perusal of the prayer clause enclosed in this writ petition, this Court is, prima facie, of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous due to the efflux of time. Moreover, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner, in case his grievance still survives, to file an appropriate application for revival of this writ petition.
