Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant one notional annual increment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 29.03.2024, Annexure P-5, in a specific period, in the light of judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Suresh Kumar Singla and others vs. State of Haryana & others, in CWP No.8364 of 2024, decided on 16.04.2024. 3.
Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 29.03.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2, by passing a speaking order in the light of aforementioned judgment, in accordance with law, within three months.
