The alleged detenues, whose names have been mentioned in Para No.4 of the petition, are stated to be working in UB 598 Marka Brick Kiln at Village Ubri Road Badrukhan, Police Station Badrukhan, Tehsil and District Sangrur (Punjab). As per Chapter-IV of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, the District Magistrate of the District is the Competent Authority to deal with such like matters. The petitioner, therefore, is relegated to avail the remedy before the District Magistrate concerned.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed off.
