RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Challenge in the present appeal is to the repeated transfer orders passed in respect of the appellant who is working as Panchayat Secretary. Admittedly, at present he is posted at Ludhiana. We have sought assistance of the Ms. Sudeepti Sharma, Additional Advocate General, Punjab. She assures the court that further transfer, if any, shall be as per the Policy unless there are some pressing circumstances. Appellant is satisfied with this statement.

In view of above, appeal is disposed off.
