**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge order dated 24.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) whereby the pay scale of the petitioner had been refixed.

Reply has been filed in the instant petition by the Medical Officer, Civil Hospital, Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur in which it is submitted that the impugned order has already been withdrawn by an order dated 16.02.2015 and the department shall re-fix the salary of the petitioner in accordance with the fresh orders passed. It is further submitted therein that in case if recoveries have been made, the same will be reimbursed to the petitioner.

In view of the reply filed, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly with a direction to the Satyawan 2017.02.17 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
