VERSUS
State of Punjab ....Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KULDEEP TIWARI Present :
Mr. NS Dadwal, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Akshay Kumar, AAG, Punjab KULDEEP TIWARI,J. (ORAL) 1.
Through the instant petition, prayer is made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 0102 dated 31.12.2022, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga. 2.
Learned State counsel, at the very outset, opposed the grant of regular bail, on the ground that since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, therefore, no case is made out for the grant of regular bail. 3.
It surfaces on record that 17 witnesses have been cited by the prosecution agency, and all have been examined, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 4.
The instant petition is dismissed, at this stage. ( KULDEEP TIWARI ) May 16, 2024 JUDGE 'tiwana'
