(ORAL) CRM No.27221 of 2022 Heard. Keeping in view the reasons as mentioned in this application, the same is allowed.
CRM-M No.33667 of 2022 After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that the petitioner would surrender before the trial Court concerned on or before 08.08.2022 and would move an application there for seeking the relief of regular bail and he further prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the same within some specific time frame.
Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has appeared on behalf of respondent No.1-State in this case in pursuance of the copy of the present petition having been sent to this respondent in advance, has no objection to the above-discussed submission as well as the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court concerned that in case, the petitioner surrenders before it within the afore-stipulated period and moves the application for seeking the relief of regular bail, the same be decided, in accordance with law, within three days thereafter. 01.08.2022.
