(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to allot a Retail Outlet Dealership (Petrol Pump) under Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) existing/running petrol pump under policy of Government in Chandigarh or Punjab.
