The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the office order dated 22.5.2017, Annexure P-23, whereby the respondent/University re-fixed seniority of Scheduled Caste category employees, including that of the petitioner, pursuant to his reversion vide the impugned order on the same date. 2.

Since the connected CWP No.11988 of 2017, titled Rakesh Kumar v. Guru Jambeshwar University of science and Technology, Hisar, impugning the order of reversion dated 22.5.2017, has already been dismissed, the instant petition impugning the seniority position consequent to reversion, cannot be entertained for the reasons mentioned therein.
