Learned State counsel submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the investigation in this case bearing FIR No.148 dated 28.04.2019, registered at Police Station, New Colony, District Gurugram for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC has been completed and challan against accused Prem Gandhi has been presented in Court. The other accused namely Shakuntla Devi was found innocent.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to JYOTI 2019.09.30 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
