Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.107 dated 22.07.2019 registered under Sections 394, 395, 427 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue the present petition. He submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and the trial Court be directed to decide the regular bail application, if any, preferred by him in the time bound manner.
