This is the third petition for grant of regular bail, pending trial, in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 94 dated 13.06.2019, registered under Section 21 & 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala. 2.

The first petition was dismissed by this Court on 13.11.2019 with the following order:- "Petitioner prays for bail pending trial in a case arising out of FIR No.94, dated 13.06.2019, registered under Sections 21/22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Nabha, District Patiala.

As per the case of the prosecution, petitioner was found in conscious possession of 700 intoxicant tablets of DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.07.23 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-31699 of 2020 Tramadol Hydrochloride and 40 gram intoxicant powder. As per the affidavit of custody, petitioner is also accused in as many as 4 more FIRs under the NDPS Act. In view thereof, this court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Dismissed".

The second petition was dismissed on 19.02.2020. 4.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner has failed to draw the attention of the Court to any new fact or ground to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
