DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners, as made out in the petition, can be considered in view of amended policy dated 22.08.2019 and calculation as well can be made in view of the provisions of aforesaid policy.

However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the petition is as to whether two parts of same sector can be considered together or not. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioners as mentioned above in view of the latest policy SEEMA SHARMA 2019.12.18 11:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
