**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer submits that a cancellation report was presented in the present case and the same has been duly accepted by the trial Court and thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Vide order dated 16.08.2022, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the Illaqa Magistrate, Rupnagar to send a report with regard to the cancellation report.

Vide letter dated 13.10.2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rupnagar, has submitted a report, which indicates that the cancellation report presented by the prosecution agency was accepted on 09.09.2022 and the accused persons were discharged and the complainant AMAN JAIN 2022.10.18 15:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-33647-2022 (O&M) -2was given an opportunity to represent his claim by way of a separate complaint, if so advised.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits, since opportunity has been granted to the complainant by the trial Court to represent his case, he will file an appropriate application before the concerned forum, as per law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
