Learned State counsel submits that prayer made in the petition has been rendered infructuous as term of the Society is normally three years which is going to be over by next month. This court finds substance in the contention of the State.

As the election to the Society may be due in near future, no useful purpose would be served by adjudicating upon the issue. Petition is hereby dismissed.

Petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival in case any cause of action survives.
