Amended writ petition is ordered to be taken on record along with annexures.

Petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to act on plan LILO of one circuit of 220 KV

 D/C FGPP-PALLA line at Sector 78, Faridabad without getting proper approval from the competent authority. On the basis of advance notice, Mr. Lokesh Sinhal, Addl. Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and places reliance upon Annexure I to Annexure IX to refute the apprehensions of the petitioners in challenging installation of LILO of one circuit of 220 KV D/C FGPP-PALLA line at 220 KV S/Stn, Sector 78, Faridabad on M/C towers in Green Belt of HUDA.

Learned State counsel by referring to Annexure I, submits that construction of 220 KV D/C line from 400 KV substation Prithla to 220 KV sub-station Sector 78, Faridabad on M/C towers is under construction and major part of the construction has already been completed.

In view of letter memo dated 22.08.2016 i.e. approval of the original project, the provision has been made for one additional 100 MVA, 220/33 KV T/F, 4 No. 220 KV line bays and the aforesaid sub-station was approved to be constructed on 22.08.2016. Thereafter formal approval of additional line was done on 18.10.2021 by the HVPNL and communication thereof was sent to the Chief Engineer/PD&C, DHBVNL, Hisar. Creation of LILO and one circuit of 220 KV D/C FGPP-PALLA Line at 220 KV sub-station Sector-78, Faridabad was subjected to tender process and work assignment was also given to the lowest

 tenderer. Now the aforesaid PALLA line is under construction after approval thereof.

The apprehension with regard to non-approval of additional line as projected in Annexure P-21 stands duly met in view of Annexure IX attached with the compilation, wherein the Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad has written to the Chief Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula in the context of approval by the HSVP.

In view of aforesaid facts, no indulgence is called for in the present writ petition as the project in question is infrastructural project. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
