Prayer in this petition is for directing the respondents to regularize services of the petitioners w.e.f. 01.04.2011 alongwith all benefits. Learned counsel for the State, while referring to Short Reply dated 06.09.2019, submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the relief claimed has been afforded to the petitioners vide order dated 18.07.2019, Annexure R1, as they were found entitled for regularization w.e.f. 01.04.2011. It is specifically mentioned in order dated 18.07.2019 that services of petitioners are regularized w.e.f. 01.04.2011 and they are entitled to the benefits thereof. It is further stated that orders are also passed for payment of arrears from the date of regularization of their services. CWP No.18347 of 2019(O&M) [2] There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, however, in the given circumstances I do not find any justification to keep this matter pending any longer.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. In case of any subsisting grievance or any incorrect fact being brought forth before this Court, petitioners are at liberty to move an appropriate application within four weeks from today.
