(Oral) Petitioner has impugned award dated 05.08.2015, Annexure P1, passed by Permanent Lok Adalat, Punjab, Utility Services, Gurugram. Operative part thereof reads under:- "Respondent No.1 is, therefore, directed to refund an amount of Rs.21,71,760/- to the applicant with interest @ 9% per annum with effect from 22.10.2009, when the last payment was made by the applicant to the respondent, till the date of actual payment. The application is disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to record room."

At the outset, Mr. Saini, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, in case, the petitioner approach them, and supplies necessary information aforesaid, order shall be complied with. This court is not inclined to enhance the interest as prayed for in the petition. This prayer is, thus, declined.
