Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant at the very outset submits that the appellant-injured had failed to substantiate that he had suffered injuries on account of rash or negligent driving of Esteem car bearing Registration No.PB-19B-5544, therefore, she may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with permission to approach the appropriate authorities under Section 161 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 so that the appellant is duly compensated for the injuries sustained by him in the motor vehicular accident.
