The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order dated 02.02.2016 (Annexure P-5) passed by the respondents. 2.
After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that no application has been filed by the petitioner under the Chandigarh Small Flats Scheme, 2006, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned department or any other authority, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
