*** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking setting aside of impugned orders dated 27.08.2021 (P-7) passed by respondent No.5. Further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of directions to the respondents not to release the petitioner from service till the pendency of OA/1144/2021 before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh. In compliance of order dated 10.09.2021, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Major DeepShikha, has informed the Court that pursuant to policy dated 08.05.2021, only 04 Medical Officers were appointed, as there was no need to appoint 400 Medial Officers on contractual basis. She has further informed the Court that the petitioner has already been relieved on 05.09.2021.
