**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) CM-6262-C-2021 This is an application under Order 23 Rules 1 and 4 read with Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the main case on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the appellants are no more interested in pursuing this appeal.

Earlier, CM No.11246-C of 2019 was filed by the respondents for fixing the case on some early actual date in which notice was issued to the appellants. Now the said civil. Misc. application is fixed for 21.01.2022.
