Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Deepak Sabherwal, Advocate for the respondents-HSVP. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J By means of this writ petition, petitioner has impugned show cause notice dated 16.12.2021 (P.10) issued under Section 17(1) of HUDA Act, 1977 to him.

It is apparent that the petitioner has already filed a reply to the show cause notice (P.11) though no order thereon has been passed by the competent authority so far in this regard.

Instant petition obviously is pre-mature. Therefore, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 to take a final decision on the show cause notice (P.10) after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as per law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
