(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is that the special increments for which the petitioner has been entitled for though have been restored, but the actual payment has not been released to him so far. Other prayer(s) made in the writ petition were given up at the time of hearing. Counsel for the petitioner argue that in pursuance to the legal notice dated 09.04.2019 (Annexure P-12), he has been informed vide letter dated 14.05.2019 (Annexure P-13 Colly.) that the arrears bill bearing No.832 dated 26.04.2019 amounting to `51,427/- upon the restoration of four special increments had already been submitted to the Treasury Officer, Jogial for payment, but despite more than 21⁄2 months have elapsed, no actual payment has been released to the petitioner so far. CWP-18683-2019 -2Counsel for the petitioner prays that appropriate direction be given to the respondents to release the four special increments for which the respondents have already sent an arrears bill bearing No.832 dated 26.04.2019 to the Treasury Officer, Jogial, in a time bound manner. Keeping in view the facts of the present writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case that in case the respondents have already sent the case of the petitioner to the Treasury Officer, Jogial by arrears bill bearing No.832 dated 26.04.2019 for the release of a sum of `51,427/- on account of restoration of four special increments, the same shall be taken to logical end by making the payment in respect of the said bill to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
