Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for passing appropriate order or directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners from private respondents No.4 to 6, while deciding representation dated 09.05.2026 submitted to official respondents No.1 to 3 which is pending adjudication. 2.

In compliance of order dated 14.05.2026, learned State counsel has filed an affidavit of Sh. Rishab Sodhi, HPS Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jind, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned State counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the status report wherein it has been mentioned that the statement of both the petitioners have already been recorded and now petitioner No.1 along with petitioner No.2 had gone to her parental State i.e. Bihar and presently, she is with her parents.
